Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Born in Madhya Pradesh, India, 1918. Died in Limburg, The Netherlands, 2008. Indian guru who introduced 'Transcendental Meditation' to the public and in 1957 - founded the TM-sect which promotes Hinduism (the Gita) and uses so-called 'mantras' and promotes the primitive form of medicine known as ayurveda.
His claim of being celibate has been refuted in books by close servitors, including Judith Borque. His constant well-funded attempts to get himself nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize led to nothing.

Sathya Sai Baba Born in Puttaparthi (as Sathya Narayana Raju), Andhra Pradesh India, either in1926 or in 1923. Controversial 'miracle-making' guru who claims to be the omnipotent, omniscient only incarnation of God on earth (an Avatar, formerly on earth as Krishna, Rama, Vshnu and others!) The International Sathya Sai Organizations make very widely differing claims as to how many millions of followers there are. Sathya Sai baba is accused world-wide of sexual abuse of boys and young men.
